Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@feedsrusnig.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened feed bags or products with broken seals

  • Perishable goods or items with short shelf life

  • Discounted or clearance items

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
