Feeds R Us ensures fast, flexible, and reliable delivery for every order.
Whether you prefer affordable within Lagos State and Ogun State shipping through our standard courier partners, express delivery for urgent needs, or direct farm-to-door service, we’ve got you covered. You can also arrange to pick up your order directly from our store or warehouse if that’s more convenient.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • an unopened bag;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Feeds R Us online store;
  • a photo of defect

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our shop is not open on Sundays and Public Holidays so we do not deliver on those days.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to all the areas in Lagos listed in the shipping drop-down menu. We also deliver to other parts of Lagos and Nigeria through out partner courier companies. For specific location enquiries, please send a message to our Whatsapp line to confirm PRIOR to making your order.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes. Next-day delivery is available on all orders within Lagos, and in some cases, same-day delivery is available. For orders outside of Lagos, we will communicate to you the day of delivery based on our communication with partner courier companies. If we are not able to fulfill your order by the next day for any reason, we will reach out to you for other options.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No. The delivery man will call your number prior to delivery and you can give instructions on delivery details, including the recipient.
